"Dante the Devourer" Custom 18" Knuckle Bear

Dante the Devourer roams the galaxy searching for anything he can consume. Like a black hole he consumes planets, stars, and anything he lays eyes upon. He must constantly devour energy to keep his heart powered so it does not consume itself and inevitably him in its yucky, sticky, blackness.
I spent a good amount of time on this piece making sure every detail had been gone over and over and it has become my favorite piece so far. This custom 18" Knuckle Bear by toy designer, Touma was done for the "Toy (Re)Collections" show that starts June 5th at the Lulubell Toy Bodega, and runs to the end of the month. The piece will be available for purchase through the gallery so if your interested you better let us know! The exhibition will be beyond epic, featuring work by Frank Kozik, Coarse, Lunabee, Paul Kaiju, and many more including myself of course :) Stop by the gallery for the opening reception and say hi, I will be in attendance and I always love to meet fans!

Baxter the Lonely Dead Bear
So it took me well over a month before I could even stop working on this piece, I obsessed and lost a lot of sleep over this guy but I'm in love with it and its one of my favorite pieces yet. Its all acrylic paint on a 10" DIY Teddy Troop with removable helmet. it is for sale in the Shop! right now so if you fancy it as much as I do head over there. The countless hours and days I refused to put the paint brush down paid off and I hope you all love it as much as I do!

Sacrilege; They May Drink Your Blood
"Don't tell them you can walk on water or they may drink your blood". This is my interpretation of the lyric from the song Sacrilege from AFI's new album Crash Love that came out today. By the way, the album is amazing, go buy it! I really enjoyed the way this turned out and had fun working on it, and Ive always pulled so much inspiration from their music which is so dear to me and has been for years. Acrylic on 11x14 canvas.
